When does the gathering take place?

The 2026 edition of the Virtual Production Gathering will take place from the 14th to the 16th of April.

Tickets can be purchased in our shop.

The whole Virtual Production Gathering is held in English.

How do I become a sponsor?

Conference

  • One sponsored speaker spot (14 OR 15 April).
  • One sponsored Master Class spot.
  • Special mention and recognition during conference
    opening and closing ceremonies.


VP Marketplace Space (14 – 15 April)

Premium space at the VP marketplace.

Branding & Promotion

  • Logo branding and profile on the VPG’26 website.
  • Company trailer at the start of both days (14-15 April).
  • Branding on all promotional materials.
